Sock anchor system
The Cintec sock anchor system consists of a threaded steel rod surrounded by an elasticated fabric sleeve into which a specially developed grout is injected at low pressure. The Cintec Anchoring System provides an extremely versatile method of internal structural reinforcement that can be tailored to the specific needs of each application.
The flexible sleeve of the polyester reinforcement system retards flow and allows the anchor system to conform to the shapes and spaces within the wall, creating a strong mechanical bond. The fabric mesh of the reinforcement system is designed to retain the aggregate of the mixed grout, while allowing cementitious liquid to pass through the anchor system sock, bonding with the substrate.
